Bringing every delivery into one clear view

We built Rabelani Express a live dispatch platform for Rabelani MM's deliveries — real-time package tracking, fewer lost handovers, and one dashboard the whole team can actually read.

The Rabelani Express dispatch dashboard: package totals, pending and completed counts, active drivers, a weekly packages chart and a status-distribution breakdown.
The Rabelani Express dispatch dashboard — one live view of the delivery network.

The challenge

Rabelani MM was running deliveries on paper and spreadsheets. Packages were tracked by hand, handovers between staff were easy to lose, and no one had a single, shared view of where things were. As volumes grew, the admin grew with them — and so did the risk of a parcel slipping through the cracks.

They needed a way to see every delivery in one place, cut the manual work, and catch problems before they turned into missed collections.

What we built

We designed and built Rabelani Express — a live dispatch platform that tracks each package from pickup to collection and gives the whole team one clear place to work from.

  • Real-time package trackingEvery parcel is followed from pickup to collection, with its current status always up to date.
  • Clean handoversEach hand-off is logged, so packages stop getting lost between people and steps.
  • Exception alertsStaff are notified the moment a delivery needs attention, instead of finding out too late.
  • One readable dashboardA single live view the whole team can actually read — no spreadsheets to reconcile.

The outcome

  • Faster dispatch, with far less manual admin
  • Real-time status for every package, pickup to collection
  • Staff notified the moment something needs attention
  • Fewer lost parcels and cleaner handovers
  • A platform ready to scale as delivery volumes grow
